The Canandaigua VA Medical Center 400 Ft Hill Avenue Canandaigua, NY 14424 has a requirement for a contractor to provide semi-annual inspection of the Kitchen Fire Suppression system to include: B2 Kidde WHDR 600-400 w/fusible links B2 Ansul R102, 3-gallon w/2 fusible links B4 Kidde WHDR-600 w/3 fusible links B5 Ansul R-102, 1.5-gallon w/1 fusible link B7 Ansul R-102, 1.5-gallon w/1 fusible link B8 Ansul R-102, 3-gallon w/1 fusible link B35T Ansul R-102, 1.5-gallon w/1 fusible link B36 Protex 360 w/1 fusible link Only certified fire protection technicians shall perform inspection services in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines. The NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $11 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Canandaigua VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation.
