The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413 Statement of Need: The New York/New Jersey Healthcare System Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2, VA Healthcare System, VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Northport VA Medical Center, VA New Jersey Healthcare System, VA Buffalo Medical Center, Canandaigua VA Medical Center, Bath VA Medical Center, Syracuse VA Medical Center and Samuel S. Stratton Albany VA Medical Center has a requirement for BinaxNow Ag COVID-19 reagent cards delivery/service. Capable contractors must primarily be engaged in the business of reagent kit resell in a Medical Center environment. Federal Supply Schedule: If your firm provides any of the reagent kits on GSA Federal Supply Schedule, please provide applicable contract number and identify which suppl/service are applicable to that FSS contract. Technical abilities: Contractor must be either the manufacturer or fully licensed, authorized and have selling permission for the reagent kits. Contractor shall be FDA certified BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
