Synopsis 36C24223B0042: This is a public synopsis of a forthcoming solicitation in accordance with FAR 36.213-2. This is NOT a solicitation, and no solicitation documents are currently publicly available. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision for the project titled Spinal Cord Renovation at New Jersey VA Healthcare System s East Orange Campus in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical etc. Project Number is 561-12-105. Competition for this procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Estimated construction cost range is more than $10,000,000. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220, size standard: $45 million. The offeror shall obtain any and all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this work in the State of New Jersey. Solicitation will be posted on/about September 19, 2023. A walk-through will be held on or about one week after the posting of the solicitation. These dates are estimates. The actual dates will be stated in the solicitation.
