PROJECT NO. 632-16-103 Replace Roofs and Repair Façade Phase 1. This Project will replace the roofs and repair historical brick and stone facades at Building 61 and Building 62 the Northport VA Medical Center located on 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768. The Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by the drawings and specifications. Work includes abatement, demolition, general construction, roofing, alterations, structural, mechanical, plumbing, lightning protection and electrical and other miscellaneous trades as required. Submittals for scaffolding, structural elements and safety-related items to be prepared by a Professional Engineer retained by the contractor. Period of Performance: Completion date is 400 calendar days from Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) date.
