This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that The Canandaigua VAMC, which is located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424. The VA Medical center has a requirement to replace the current windows in Building 36. The current windows in Building 36 are out of date at the ground and second levels. The scope includes upgrading the existing windows to more energy efficient windows while maintaining historic features to the fenestration. Building 36 is currently partially vacant on the first and second floors with mixed use departmental occupancy on the ground floor. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. VAAR 836.204| Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
