The 528A8-20-805 Demolish Building 5 project is the demolition of the VA Medical Center s (VAMC) building 5 located at 330 Myrtle Avenue in the City of Albany, NY, and replacing it with a parking lot. The demolition of the building includes the removal of asbestos-containing and other hazardous materials prior to the building being razed. Building 5 is no longer in use and it is impractical to renovate the building for another purpose. This procurement will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238910. The small business standard is $16.5 Million. The magnitude of construction per FAR part 36 is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
