Brief Project Description Stratton VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Albany, NY is looking for a competent and experienced contractor that is fully capable of completely preparing a site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the construction of a New Emergency Department as required by drawings and specifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 Million. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Information regarding the scheduled site visit will be stated in the solicitation.
