The Department of Veterans Affairs Bath VAMC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole-source open market action Name of Contractor: FORESIGHT IMAGING, LLC Street Address: 1 EXECUTIVE DRIVE SUITE 202 City, State, Zip: CHELMSFORD MA, 01824 This is the only CPU that will operate the new X-ray machine in the Bath facility, not other CPU works in conjunction with the machine. Bath machine is currently not running because machine does not have the new CPU. Although machine is offered on GSA by another small business the price is almost double the quote being offered by OEM which is also a small business so seeking a quote is not in best interest of the government.
