CONTINUATION OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Project No. 620-21-105; Repair FDR River Front at the Montrose VAMC. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the Repair FDR River Front at the Montrose VAMC 2094 Albany Post Road Montrose, NY 10548 The contract completion time is Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Prospective contractors must be registered and certified in the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) VetBiz Registry database prior to submitting a bid: http://vetbiz.va.gov Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award: beta.sam.gov Bids will only be accepted from SDVOSBs that are determined to be responsible and responsive contractors. Prospective contractors must be approved under NAICS Code 236220, size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost range for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A bid bond will be required, and performance and payment bonds will be required upon award of contract. The solicitation will be released on or around December 28, 2021 with an anticipated award date in February 2022. The bid submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation.
