This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24222Q1176 - Installation and Repair of Fire Doors at James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, The Bronx, NY 10468 This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 561210 and has a size standard of $41.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is less than $25,000. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform all work to provide installation and repair to Building 100 Rooms GC-01 and GC-02 Fire Doors. The contractor shall perform to the VA standards and to manufacturer s designed specifications. All other details and information, including drawings, specification, and statement of work shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about August 31, 2022. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
