Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide AMBULANCE SERVICES for the Buffalo, NY VA Medical Center. This is a resolicitation of RFQ# 36C24222Q0087 which resulted in no award. The scope of services has been reduced, and the Batavia VA Medical Center has been removed from the performance area. The RFQ for this requirement will immediately follow this notice. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
