Background: VISN 2(Buffalo VAMC) requires the purchase of exam tables for the Western NY Healthcare Systems, to include installation and removal of replaced units. These items are needed to replace an outdated fleet, ensuring the best care for our veteran patients. This should include purchase of tables and logical follow-on for install of new assets and removal of old items. Scope. The Buffalo VAMC is seeking brand name (Midmark Exam Tables) specifications are specified in this Statement of Work (SOW) listed below. The Buffalo VAMC shall only consider new, latest-generation units. Refurbished, remanufactured, and grey market products will not meet the needs of the Buffalo VAMC. Purchase, delivery, and removal of outdated exam tables for Primary Care and Specialty Care with the following characteristics: 23 each Patient Exam Tables Powered seat height and backrest adjustability 14.6 low seat to ensure more patients capable of touching floor 650 -pound lifting capacity Built in scale 5 degree or greater pelvic tilt Removable support rails/arm rest 32 seat width available Proposals will be evaluated according to a Best Value protocol.
