NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to include three (3) option years to Alliant Enterprises, LLC., 2140 Oak Industrial Drive NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49505, for an AquaCare service agreement to include repair, replacement, software updates and installation, phone support, on-site maintenance and repair, and loaner equipment for a Procept Biorobotics Robotic System and Apogee Ultrasound Set located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY, 14215. NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies with a small business size standard of $22 Million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any business that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
