THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24222Q0797 - Project Building 16 Window Repairs at the VA New Jersey Healthcare Systems (NJHCS) Lyons Campus at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, N.J. 07939. This requirement shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all responsible SDVOSB's may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is less than $25,000. Scope of Work: The Vendor will Remove and recalk 8 windows and replace all soffit with holes and repoint brick by the windows. at Lyons VA Medical Center, 151 Knoll croft Road Lyons, N.J. 07939. *The Vendor will repair 8 window and replace 8 damaged soffits in Building 16 Remove caulk from 8 windows. Prepare 8 windows for caulk.by cleaning all dust and Debris from window. Recalk 8 windows with proper window caulk and fill all Joints Reseal the Brick on the East side and West side of the building using Last Seal products with ultra-Low VOC s and must provide an SDS before use of product. Remove Damaged facade material Inspect fascia ensuring there no damage if damage is present replace as necessary. Prep Fascia for the new façade installation. Install Façade to the facia using 2 finishing nails with a nail gun Prime and Paint Façade using White primer and paint to make waterproof The Contractor will provide all material to complete this job. At the end of day, the contractor will remove all debris and garbage from campus. All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about June 17,2022 . The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding, and all responses/submissions shall be electronic; faxed or hand delivered bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
