Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide a notice to the public of information applicable to provide Commissary Equipment Preventative Maintenance services at New York Harbor Healthcare System- St. Albans. Authority: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description: The St. Albans Commissary of the NY Harbor Healthcare System, Department of Veterans Affairs commissary provides meal delivery to NY Harbor, East Orange and Lyons VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform monthly preventative maintenance and repair tasks functions for the kitchen equipment. Place of Performance: St. Albans Community Living Center 179-00 Linden Blvd Jamaica, NY 11425 Competitive Acquisition: This will be 100% Small Business set-aside competitive acquisition. Contract Type: IDIQ Firm Fixed-Price NAICS Code: 811310 Size Standards: $11 Million. Period of Performance:Â 12 months base period plus four 12 months option period. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
