NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source purchase to, DRAEGER, INC., 3135 Quarry Road, Telford, PA, 18969, for installation of Drager, Inc., surgical lights in operating rooms at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY, 14215. NAICS Code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is PSC N065 Installation of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies with a small business size standard of $22 million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
