The Department of Veterans Affairs Albany VA Medical Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), brand name only, sole source action against a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to; Name of Contractor: Stryker Street Address: 571 Silveron Blvd City, State, Zip: Flower Mound, TX 75028 The objective of this action is the procurement of Stryker Operon D-Series 860 D-Series Surgical. Market research has concluded Stryker is the only manufacturer to meet the compatibility standardization requirements of Albany VA Medical Center The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels.
