CLIN 0001 calls for 12mo of load bank testing for 13 gensets. Common sense tells me that this was intended to require 1 per month with 1 month having 2 tests and not all 13 units each/every month.  After further review, load bank testing requirement is removed from the scope of the contract. If the contractor needs to load bank after a repair, they can use our load bank. NY State requirements for other local hospital gensets require 3 quarterly minor maintenance services and 1 major annual service visit. Please confirm that the schedule requested of 2 visits plus annual is correct.
