Presolicitation Notice DESCRIPTION Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide a notice to the public of information applicable to provide Fuel Tank Maintenance at the NY Harbor Healthcare System. Authority: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform preventative maintenance, testing and repair tasks functions for the Fuel Tank Maintenance. Place of Performance: NY Harbor Healthcare System Manhattan VA Medical Center, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010. Competitive Acquisition: This will be a competitive acquisition set-aside for Small Business (SB). Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price.
