The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 2 is conducting market research to identify the marketplace capacity involving Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Life Support (ALS) ground Ambulance Services in the New York City metropolitan area. The VA New York Harbor Healthcare System comprises of the Manhattan campus, Brooklyn campus, and the St Albans Community Living Center, as well as these five outpatient community clinics: Harlem, Staten Island, Yonkers, Queens, and White Plains. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the marketplaceās capacity for supporting this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621910. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This is a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) to determine the availability of potential sources having the skills and capabilities necessary to provide BLS and ALS Ambulance Services to the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System and does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please complete the attached Marketplace Questionnaire. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain current and potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated.
