Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing Radio Communication Integration to Mobile Phone at VA New Jersey Health Care System. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to accomplish the services. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 517312. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email) and must be received no later than February 3, 2022 at 12:00pm. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic category. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 517312. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on beta.SAM.gov at a later date, all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. See additional information below: Statement of Work REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, benefits, equipment, training, repair and service facility, supervision and supplies except as specified Government-Furnished necessary for integrating emergency communications systems into mobile phones for redundant communications services. Place of performance shall be contractor s facility. The vehicles in question are located at: VA New Jersey Healthcare System Lyons Campus 151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NJ 07939 SPECIFICATIONS: CONTRACTOR FURNISHED PROPERTY, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES Contractor shall provide all tools and equipment necessary to integrate three emergency communications channels with VANJHCS Public Safety Service Police and Fire communications equipment for installation of Land Mobile Radio Services on mobile devices. The contractor shall provide service for an emergency response tone over one channel (Lyons Fire) dispatch frequency. The contractor shall provide user keys for 105 users within the Police, Fire and Safety departments of the VANJHCS Public Safety Service. The contractor shall provide one-time setup and activation services with integration and usage training to the purchasing service. Work shall commence 60 days after award of the contract. Contractor will have 30 days to coordinate a proposed schedule with the VA Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or designated point of contact (POC). INSPECTION: The COR/POC will perform the inspection in the presence of the contractor personnel, prior to the contractor personnel leaving the facility. This inspection is to ensure that all work is complete per the terms of this Statement of Work. No invoices will be processed for payment prior to the completion of POC inspection. OTHER RELATED SERVICES (Not included in the Scope of Work) Any services not expressly stated in this statement of work are not authorized. Services such as inspection, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) required maintenance, or other maintenance and repair vital to the continued functioning of the systems may be added only after written modification from the contracting officer, unless these are inclusive to the requested services. No other person, including the COR or any other VA personnel are authorized to request additional work be performed by the contractor. Any additional services performed that are not authorized by the contracting officer will be considered inclusive.
