The Department of Veterans Affairs and Finger Lakes Healthcare System, Canandaigua VA Medical Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), brand name only, sole source action against a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) to; Name of Contractor: A-dec Street Address: 2601 Crestview Drive City, State, Zip: Newberg, Oregon, 97132-9528 The objective of this action is the procurement of A-dec dental hand pieces. Market research has concluded A-dec is the only manufacturer to meet the standardization requirements of VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels.
