INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Elevated Technologies Inc. Market research was conducted and determined that Elevated Technologies Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing the required repair to the facilities elevators needed for this requirement. Elevated Technologies currently has the maintenance contract in the facility and is on site every day doing various tasks and it would create conflicts to have another contractor on site doing repairs to the units being maintained. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made based on proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest (EOI) received prior to December 27, 2021. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Charles.Collins@va.gov and received by 4:00 PM EST on December 27, 2021. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time. See attached Statement of Work below for additional details.
