Description: James J Peters VA Medical Center has a need for Electronic Doors Maintenance and Repair Services. Place of Performance: James J Peters VA Medical Center 130 W Kingsbridge Road, Bronx NY 10468 Competitive Acquisition: This will be Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Period of Performance:Â 12 months base period plus four 12 months option period. Government-Furnished Property/Equipment: None noted at this time. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 of the Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of Maintenance and Repair of Electronic Opening Doors at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811310. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than June 8, 2022 at 4:00 PM EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, Hub Zone, 8(a), small disadvantaged business, small business or large business), relative to NAICS 811310. For a Contractor to be considered one of the above socioeconomic classifications, they MUST conduct at least 51% of the work. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to, DUNS number, address, point of contact and the size of your business pursuant to the following questions; (1) Is your business large or small?
