Other models and brands will not be considered for this requirement. This solicitation is limited to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) authorized Kubota dealers. Kubota V Series RTVX1100CWLH Requirements: Diesel Engine -Kubota D1105; 3 Cyl. 68.5 cu in +24.8 Gross Eng HP 75 Amp Alternator Transmission - VHT-X, Variable Hydro Transmission - Forward Speeds: Low 0 - 15mph, High 0 - 25mph, Reverse 0 - 17mph - Limited slip front differential, rear differential lock Hydraulics -Hydrostatic Power Steering with manual tilt feature -Hydraulic Cargo Dump -Hydraulic Oil Cooler Custom Options - Strobe Light Kit -Turn Signal/Hazard Light Kit -Trailer Hitch 2" Receiver 3/4" Mount -Side Mirror Kit - Cab -Utility Bed Cap, EMKX901 -Front Work Lights All operator, parts and repair manuals shall be included for the machine and custom options. Dealer will be required to assemble the unit and perform a predeparture inspection, to ensure unit is operational prior to shipment. All operator, parts and repair manuals shall be included for the machine and custom options. Standard one (1) year warranty on all parts, six (6) month on labor. Delivery shall be quoted Free On Board (FOB) to Canandaigua, NY. It is anticipated that one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) will be awarded from this solicitation. **Contracting Officer is aware of potential delays with this model. Contracting Officer reserves the right to repost this solicitation if adequate competition is not obtained. Quote evaluations will be based on Best Value Criteria; pricing and delivery schedule. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside. All vendors submitting bids shall be registered with Vet Biz (vet.boz@va.gov). Any vendors submitting bids that are NOT registered with Vet Biz will be deemed non- complaint and will be removed from the competitive range without discussion. All vendors submitting bids shall have "active" registrations with System Award Management (SAM.gov). Any vendors submitting bids that are NOT active with sam.gov will be deemed non-complaint and will be removed from the competitive range without discussion. Submissions are limited to authorized Kubota dealers, documentation shall be submitted with vendors quote. This procurement is limited to new equipment only. Used, gray, refurbished or aftermarket equipment will not be considered for this requirement. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray / aftermarket items in their Medical Centers. Gray / aftermarket items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer's intended distribution channels. Quotes for other than new, will be deemed non-compliant and will be removed from the competitive range without discussion.
