This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24222Q0157- Project Replace Exhaust Fans and Stacks for IV Compounding Rooms at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. 130 W Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all SDVOSB s may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238220 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is Between $50,000 and $100,000. Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment to replace two (2) roof top exhaust fans and stacks and make all electrical and mechanical connections and secure with structural supports. This is a turnkey installation and the contractor is responsible for any additional wiring, conduit, supports, etc that may be required for proper installation. Contractor to inspect site prior to ordering materials and is responsible for verifying all measurements and fittings, including fan exhaust location. at the James J Peters VA Medical Center. 130 W Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468.
