Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide a notice to the public of information applicable to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance (HVAC) at the NY Harbor Healthcare System s three campuses. Authority: Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform preventative maintenance, testing and repair tasks functions for the HVAC system. Place of Performance: NY Harbor Healthcare System three (3) campuses: Manhattan VA Medical Center, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010; Brooklyn VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 and St. Albans VA Community Living Center, 179-00 Linden Blvd St. Albans, NY 11425. Competitive Acquisition: This will be a competitive acquisition set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
