This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that The VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHS) at the Buffalo VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, NY 14215 The project is to renovate unit 9C, approximately 9600 square feet at the Buffalo Veterans Administration Medical Center. This includes a complete gut-rehab of the C wing on the 9th floor, as well as selective demolition and construction on the 8th and 10th floor and includes mechanicals on the roof of C wing. Three mechanical spaces on the 8th floor totaling 3000 SF will also be included within the scope of the project. This renovation will include the abatement of asbestos containing materials to the fullest extent possible. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. VAAR 836.204| Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
