The solicitation connected to these notices will be posted as soon as the errors have been correct and the SAM system will allow.* This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about August 8, 2022 BUILDING 76 4TH FLOOR NORTH FLOORING REPLACEMENT at the Bath VA Medical Center. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement for healthcare furniture for VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System, Bath Facility for B76 4th Floor North Corridor and HopTel Flooring Replacement that meet the VHA specifications and high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship. This requirement includes VA approved flooring material ordering, delivery, flooring preparation and professional flooring and base cove installation. Flooring project includes removing mastic from existing terrazzo cove moulding, removing mastic/prepping flooring area per manufacturing instructions and installing LVT in corridors and flocked flooring in HopTel rooms, and then install base cove to finish. Note that existing carpeting removal shall be done by VA in-house shops prior to the contract install scheduled time. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity. The NAICS code is 238330. The small business standard is $16.5 M. The cost range is $25,000 and $100,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
