This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about July 13, 2022 RENOVATE BATHROOMS BUILDING 24 at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-18-616 Supply the materials, tools, and labor to completely renovate the male and female bathrooms, located on the 1st floor of Building 24. All work will be done as defined in the drawings and specifications unless approved by the VA. The work will include all trades for general building construction. The trades used will include but are not limited to electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plumbing. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. The cost range is $100,000 and $250,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
