THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C2422B0031 - Project Number 561A4-15-102 Correct FCA Deficiencies B-1 at the VA New Jersey Healthcare Systems (NJHCS) Lyons Campus at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, N.J. 07939. This requirement shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all responsible SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Scope. Furnish all labor, equipment, and material for Project # 561A4-15-102, Correct FCA F Rated Deficiencies B-1 Project as shown on the drawings and specifications provided. Work will be done at the Lyons Campus of the NJ Healthcare System. (See specifications section 01 00 00 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.) All work will be done in a professional manner using experienced skilled workers. All work shall meet the requirements outlined in the drawings and specifications. All workers shall be paid as outlined in the wage determination provided. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures. Time to complete this project: 365 days All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov. The solicitation will be released on or about April 13, 2022. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. This project requires bonding, and all responses/submissions shall be electronic; faxed or hand delivered bids will not be accepted. All prospective bidders must be currently registered in www.beta.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
