Replace Loading Dock Equipment Project# SL-22-003; NYHHS - Manhattan Campus: BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Work to include but not limited to: Replace loading dock equipment (Project # SL-22-003) at NYHHS Manhattan Campus for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010 in accordance with manufacturer equipment drawings & specifications and VA guidelines and regulations for Replacing Loading Dock Equipment. Work shall meet all VA regulations and guidelines requirements. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, administrative support, labor, materials, tools, parts, supplies, lubricants, equipment, barricades, signs, and transportation to remove and dispose old equipment, repair dock concrete for all installation of bumper on the loading dock, connect equipment electrical cable and wires to designated power panel, install (9) rolling steel doors, (9) loading dock bumpers, and (3) hydraulic levelers, freight and handling of parts and material site transportation and deliver rolling steel doors, hydraulic dock leveler, loading dock bumper and brackets to site.
