Project No. 528A6-21-605. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to install a vertical security screen gate to separate the store and dinng areas at the Hospital Canteen. This work will be in Building 76, located at the VA Medical Center in Bath, New York. Unless otherwise directed by the COR, work shall be performed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications and other standards and regulations as detailed or specified. The NAICS code is 236220. The small business standard is $39.5 M. The cost range is $25,000 and $100,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
