The Contractor is to provide prescription eyeglasses and onsite licensed optician services according to contract specification for beneficiaries within New York/New Jersey VA Health Care Network (VISN 2) Downstate area. This requirement is being solicited under NAICS code 339115 and is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
