The Department of Veterans Affairs and VA Medical Centers, East Orange, NJ intends to award a firm fixed price, brand name only, sole source contract; Name of Contractor: Four Points Technology LLC Street Address: 14900 Conference Center Drive, Suite 100 City, State, Zip: Chantilly, Virginia 20151 The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of Zoll Series R Defibrillator WIFI Cards. Market research has concluded Four Points Technology LLC the only vendor to meet the urgent requirements of VA New Jersey Healthcare System. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels. All capability statements must be received by no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on September 20, 2021.
