This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Request for Quote will be submitted via Email, RFQ reference number 36C24221Q1459. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% set-aside for Small Business. It is the Government s intent to issue a firm fixed price, single award as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) Only SB may respond. (v) The Contractor shall provide one (1) Tractor that has the same salient characteristic of KUBOTA L4760HSTC. This is not a brand name specific solicitation. The requested item shall be delivered in new and unused/unopened condition. This solicitation includes a trade in of a John Deere 5300 with 1343 hours on the Odometer. (vi) Description of requirement: Brand name or similar to the Kubota L4760HSTC Added features that must be include: Side window defogger kit 72 Quick Attach Light Material Bucket Rear wiper Kit Rear Defogger Kit Front Loader Package High Capacity Alternator kit Block Heater Trade in Salient Characteristics: John Deere 5300 (vii) EVALUATION: Quotes will be evaluated based upon lowest price technically acceptable.
