Any vendors submitting bids not meeting these qualifications will be deemed non complaint and will be disqualified from competition. Unit will be utilized for replacement of existing Leica Microtome, fulfilling the requirement for standardization. No other brands will be considered for this procurement. Installation and routine training shall be offered as part of delivery. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray / aftermarket items in their Medical Centers. Gray / aftermarket items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer's intended distribution channels.
