VHA Reginal Procurement Office (RPO) 2 is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing Nu Step Recumbent cross trainers. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339920. STATEMENT OF WORK RECUMBENT CROSS TRAINERS NORTHPORT VA MEDICAL CENTER Background: The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department requires new recumbent cross trainers to replace old, end of life equipment. The new equipment has a step-through frame and offers more features to accommodate a wider range of patients with various physical limitations who previously could not use this type of equipment. Seats are designed to rotate 360 degrees and seat backs can recline an additional 12 degrees to allow access onto the seat from any angle. Additionally, the arm handles and leg pedals can be locked to maximize ease of entry and exit. Scope: The Contractor shall deliver two (2) T6 Max Recumbent Cross Trainers (Model 06003) and two (2) T6 Pro Recumbent Cross Trainers (Model 06001), with assembly pieces and bilateral leg stabilizer. Features: Dual-screen console with easy-to-read touchscreen display with larger font size and graphics for greater visibility Enhanced Apps - Pace Partner Program, Quick Start and Charts Workout metrics display includes time, speed (steps per minute), total distance, watts, calories, METs, resistance level, heartrate and after-workout performance summary. Grab Ring Low step-through design Ergonomically-designed 360 degree rotating seat with reclining seat back T6 Pro model has 18 wide seat and supports users weighing up to 500 lbs T6 Max model has 22 wide seat and supports users weighing up to 600 lbs Adjustable arms and rubber hand grips Low-inertia start-up and user-controlled step length Adjustable foot straps Delivery: Equipment should be delivered to Building 36 Warehouse. Warehouse Inventory List/Invoicing: The VA purchase order (PO) number shall be clearly noted on all invoices and inventory lists for accurate processing. The PO number will start with 632 followed by 5 digits beginning with an A . Ex: 632-AXXXXX. Patient Information Privacy and Protection: In accordance with Appendix A, Handbook 6500.6 Checklist blocks 6, the C&A requirements do not apply to this requirement, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. There is no information to be protected. The equipment does not store any PHI/PII/PI, nor are there any hard drives/storage devices to service or remove.
