The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs associated with parties for their responses to this Request for Information (RFI). The Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this RFI announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 on behalf of the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2, VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, is currently conducting market research for responsible concerns able to provide Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). The brand and models desired are the RedRick L750 and R600 but equal models will be considered. The minimum specifications are listed on the attached document. If your company is proposing an equal model, you must submit sufficient documentation supporting that your suggested make/model is equal to the desired models listed above. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337214 (Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing). Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing via email no later than August 18, 2021 at 4:00PM to Contracting Officer, Ms. Gina A. Blum, gina.blum@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic category. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time will not be considered for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 337214. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
