This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 Effective July 12, 2021. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. The FSC/PSC is 9140. The Albany VA Medical Center (Samuel S. Stratton), 113 Holland Avenue, NY 12208 is seeking to purchase 19,500 Gallons of #2 Fuel Oil (Heating Oil). The requested products shall be delivered in new and unused/unopened condition. The fill area, above ground fuel tanks in a tank vault, is accessible by tanker within 20 ft. There are two ea. 20,000-gallon tanks with the ability to transfer fuel between tanks. Delivery can be made in multiple deliveries over the span of 5 days.
