The service agreement shall include: 1. All scheduled inspections, services, testing, adjustments and repairs and/or replacement parts for all elevators related to operations, functions, and safety. 2. All required unscheduled adjustments, services and repairs for all elevators during business hours 3. 24hr a day/ 7day a week emergency call back service for all elevators.
