Depending on the response to this RFI, an RFQ may be issued and it may be set-aside to a particular business size or socio-economic category. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. PLEASE DO NOT SEND QUOTES AT THIS TIME AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Western New York Healthcare System intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services. This notice is NOT a request for quotes; however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Government. A mandatory site visit will take place on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 1 PM. Please email Morgan.Weeks1@va.gov to confirm you attendance to the visit. All capability statements must be received by no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on July 23, 2021. Responses to be submitted to Morgan Weeks, Contracting Officer at Morgan.Weeks1@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
