This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24221Q1152 Provide and Install Loading Dock Leveler at Lyons VA Medical Center, 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, N.J. 07939. This shall be a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (VOSB). As a result, all VOSB firms may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238290 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Scope of Work: The contractor shall Provide all Parts, Materials, Labor, and Supervision necessary to accomplish the services as described in the statement of work (SOW). Contractor Shall provide and install dock levelers for two different buildings numbered 2 and 135 Removal of existing equipment or other obstructions prior to installation for buildings 2 and 135. Break out any existing angle and concrete Saw cut floor to ensure proper fit of new unit Pour new concrete and install steel angle with nelson studs. Type of concrete needed: 4,000psi- 5,000 psi Mechanical installations in accordance with shop manufacturer s instructions. Install all control wiring from fused disconnect to control panel, wiring from control panel to motor, wiring of all limit switches, interconnections and/or photo eyes. Mounting and wiring of activation devices. All debris shall be cleaned daily, stored in a proper dumpster, and removed from the site at the end of the project. Contractor shall provide proper operating procedures to COR The contractor shall provide all O&M manuals. The contractor shall provide perimeter protection around the work area.
