The Department of Veterans Affairs, Western New York Healthcare System intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 Competition Requirements and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. ScriptPro 5828 Reeds Rd Shawnee Mission, KS 66202 The objective of this sole source award is for a firm fixed price contract with a base year to acquire and upgrade existing ScriptPro Eyecon Model 9430 with ancillary components and SP Pharmacy Datapoint Terminals with installation, monthly subscription and support. The Veterans Health Administration prohibits the use of gray market items in their Medical Centers. Gray market items are considered to be items outside of the original equipment manufacturer s intended distribution channels.
