The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to PROVATION MD GASTROENTEROLOGY SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE Period of performance: 07/01/2021 through 06/30/2026 Basic description of the requirement: The Contractor shall be responsible to upgrade/update PROVATION SOFTWARE on an on-going basis to remain compatible with all applications used by the Gastroenterology Section, as they are also upgraded and improved. This service shall be provided by the Contractor during the contract period, including full functionality of the PROVATION SOFTWARE. The contractor shall provide telephone and approved remote computer technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance support of the PROVATION EQUIPMENT, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by June 25, 2021 at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with PROVATION SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE in the subject line. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Joseph Cellino at Joseph.Cellino@va.gov. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support this requirement.
