The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to PROVATION MD GASTROENTEROLOGY SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE Period of performance: 07/01/2021 through 06/30/2026 Basic description of the requirement: The Contractor shall be responsible to upgrade/update PROVATION SOFTWARE on an on-going basis to remain compatible with all applications used by the Gastroenterology Section, as they are also upgraded and improved. This service shall be provided by the Contractor during the contract period, including full functionality of the PROVATION SOFTWARE. The contractor shall provide telephone and approved remote computer technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance support of the PROVATION EQUIPMENT, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
