Amendment COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Sub-Compact Utility Tractor Rome, NY VA CBOC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Request for Quote will be submitted through fedbizopps.gov on RFQ reference number 36C24221Q0862. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). It is the Government s intent to issue a firm fixed price, single award as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333112, Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home Lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. Only SDVOSB may respond. (v) The Contractor shall provide one (1) Sub-Compact Utility Tractor with moving attachment. The requested item shall be delivered in new and unused/unopened condition. (vi) Description of requirement: The Rome, NY VA CBOC has a requirement for: One (1) Sub-Compact Tractor with mowing attachment that possess the following characteristics of Brand Name or equal to the John Deere 1025R. 18 PTO hp 7-Iron Mid-Mount Side Discharge Mower (vii) EVALUATION: Quotes will be evaluated based upon lowest price technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is based upon the ability to meet the above specifications and past performance.
