Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website (https://www.beta.sam.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. NAICS Code: 811310 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment-Office Machines, Text Processing Systems, and Visible Record Equipment) Classification Code: J0745. Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C24221Q0793 Anticipated Closing Response Date: May 19th 2021 Period of Performance: July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022, with the provision of four (4) subsequent option years. Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and coordinate monthly preventative maintenance services with the COR to perform service and Preventative Maintenance on (2) Printing Presses currently utilized by the Medical Center. Contractor shall also be responsible for performing tests of the functionality of the equipment upon completion of any necessary repairs/service.
