The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VISN 2, VA New Jersey Health Care System-East Orange Campus at 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018, is intending to solicit this contract for USP 797 Testing Lab Services utilizing unrestricted commercial ordering procedures.  The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price task order using NAICS 541380 (Testing Laboratories). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in March 2021, with an anticipated award by late April of 2021. The period of performance will consist of a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. This is an update to open the competition field to unrestricted.
