OVERVIEW: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the Brooklyn VA Medical Center ( BK VAMC ), and St. Albans Community Living Center ( SA CLC ) anticipate a requirement for contract Medical Gas System Preventative Maintenance (PM). The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain interest from contractors who would be capable of providing services at the New York Harbor Healthcare System- Brooklyn VA Medical Center 800 Poly Place Brooklyn, NY 11209 and St. Albans Community Living Center 179-00 Linden Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434. ***SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)*** SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Please submit your response in accordance with the following instructions: Responses shall be no more than 3 pages in length.
