Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice which was originally posted as 36C24221Q0406. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VISN 2, VA New Jersey Health Care System-East Orange Campus at 385 Tremont Ave, East Orange, NJ 07018, is intending to solicit this contract for USP 797 Testing Lab Services is now open for unrestricted commercial competition.  The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price task order using NAICS 541380 (Testing Laboratories). The anticipated award date is late April 2021. The period of performance will consist of a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. This is a base + four (4) option year opportunity for Viable Surface Sampling, Gloved Fingertip and thumb Sampling, and Media Fill Testing.
